Ethernet Based Cleanroom Multi Channel Displayer with Advanced Datalogging<\/h4>\n

Description:
\nThe Ethernet Based Clean Room Multi Channel Displayer is designed to measure and display and keep a log for the Analog Inputs from front end sensors in Clean Room Areas. Especially suited to accept Analog Inputs from transmitters\/sensors for temperature, humidity,differential pressure, air velocity, oxygen level, particle counters, etc. in a single instrument in Clean Room Applications.<\/p>\n

The Model EBDDF is designed for minimum cabling & easy flush mounting in Modular Wall or Brick Walls of Clean Rooms. The sensors for all parameters can be any sensors with industry standard 0-10 VDC or 4-20mA Output . The inputs in the EBDDF are user programmable between 4-20mA or 0-10 VDC on site without the requirement of any additional devices with range programmability for each of the parameters. All EBDDF devices are capable of communicating via COML Protocol. Additional features include integrated buzzer for parameter violation indication,with
\nacknowledgment key, individual LED for process violation and Isolated Modbus Communication over TCP\/IP (Ethernet Based). Models are available with 0.5\u201d high Display or with Large 1\u201d High Display.<\/p>\n

The instruments find immense use in Pharma Clean Rooms, APIs, Bulk Drugs, Electronic Hardware Manufacturing Plants, Test Plants, Green Houses, etc. Modbus over TCP\/IP
\nCommunication provides easy integration to Building Management Systems ( BMS ) & SCADA interfacing allow easy set up & great control with minimal cabling and easy debugging compared to Daisy Chain devices. The EBDDF also consists of an inbuilt datalogger with a capacity of storing records for more than 6 months at a frequency of 1 reading per minute for all the parameters. The data is stored in a SD Card and can easily be removed for a data backup, or the data backup can also be restored by giving specific commands from the SCADA or PLC. With removable SD Cards, the data logging capacity can be increased multiple folds to cater to any application.
\nThe EBDDF also has an inbuilt RTC which can display time in HH:MM format and is easily synchronisable with any SCADA \/ PLC in realtime.<\/p>\n

The Clean Room Multi Channel Displayer has additional features like buzzer delay time & password protected Offset provision to enable user to meet audit requirements .
