The incumbent is responsible for providing sales support to OEMs and Channel customers on Sensors used in Process Industries \/ BMS \/ Automation System applications to sustain the existing business, and develop new business opportunities (new customers\/new products) as per the organization\u2019s strategy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Responsible to seek and develop new business in the assigned territory by the following, but not limited to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Execute long-term and short-term sales strategies to accelerate business growth.<\/li>\n
  • Grow sales and increase Omicron’s market share.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze market trends in order to achieve the target and also identify future opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • To get new clients and maximize client potential in the designated regions.<\/li>\n
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.<\/li>\n
  • Persuade clients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating the features and benefits of our products and services effectively.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare on-time responses to requests for proposals.<\/li>\n
  • Identify competitor products, competitor pricing, and marketing strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information.<\/li>\n
  • Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering<\/li>\n
    • 2-3 \u00a0years experience in the Sensor industry<\/li>\n
    • Good Market Exposure<\/li>\n
    • Preferred knowledge in Automation, GMP, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning products<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Assertive and outgoing\u00a0<\/li>\n
    • Keen to learn new things & high adaptability to changing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
