  • * Develop strategies to meet sales targets for HVAC and BMS products
    * Involved in direct sales to Consultants and clients in the Automation Segment (Process \/ OEM \/ HVAC \/ BMS), Pharmaceutical Segment and OEM.
    * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    * Set sales targets aligned with company goals.
    * Maintain and build relationships with key clients such as consultant, contractors and end-user
    * Persuade clients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
    * Use data and analytics to assess sales performance and identify improvement areas.
    * Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth.
    * Lead negotiations with major clients and finalize high-value deals.
    * Travel as needed to meet clients for closing orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
