Job Description

Urgently required Sales Manager who will be involved in direct sales to Customers in the Automation Segment (Process / OEM / HVAC / BMS), Pharmaceutical Segment, and OEM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for introducing new products and coordinate with the sales team
  • Search for new clients, Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Air Quality, Water Quality, HVAC products, automation projects, BMS Projects Cleanroom projects, etc
  • Handling End-user, O.E.M Sales, Consultants, etc
  • Maximize client potential in the designated region.
  • Execute long term and short-term sales strategies to accelerate business growth
  • Understand and analyze market trends in order to achieve the sales target and identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers; understanding their business needs
  • To get product approval from Consultants
  • Convince clients and meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Prepare on-time responses to requests for proposals and information, and coordinate with in-house teams to provide exemplary service to customers.
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Submit regular customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for the following-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3 -4 years experience in the Sensor industry.
  • Experience in industrial automation/process controls, HVAC, and BMS
  • Good Market Exposure
  • Preferred knowledge in Automation, GMP, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning products
  • Experience in industrial automation/process controls, HVAC, and BMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Assertive and outgoing
  • Keen to learn new things & high adaptability to changing environment
