Description:

The Ethernet Based Differential Pressure Indicator is designed to measure and display and keep a log for the Differential Pressure in Clean Room Areas.

The Model EBDDP is designed for minimum cabling & easy flush mounting in Modular Wall or Brick Walls of Clean Rooms. The sensor for Differential Pressure is inbuilt in the device. All EBDDP devices are capable of communicating via COML Protocol. Additional features include integrated buzzer for parameter violation indication,with acknowledgment key, individual LED for process violation and Isolated Modbus Communication over TCP/IP (Ethernet Based). Models are available with 0.5” high Display or with Large 1” High Display. The instruments find immense use in Pharma Clean Rooms, APIs, Bulk Drugs, Electronic Hardware Manufacturing Plants, Test Plants, Green Houses, etc. Modbus over TCP/IP Communication provides easy integration to Building Management Systems ( BMS ) & SCADA interfacing allow easy set up & great control with minimal cabling and easy debugging compared to Daisy Chain devices. The EBDDP also consists of an inbuilt datalogger with a capacity of storing records for more than 12 months at a frequency of 1 reading per minute for all the parameters. The data is stored in a SD Card and can easily be removed for a data backup, or the data backup can also be restored by giving specific commands from the SCADA or PLC. With removable SD Cards, the data logging capacity can be increased multiple folds to cater to any application.

The EBDDF also has an inbuilt RTC which can display time in HH:MM format and is easily synchronisable with any SCADA / PLC in realtime.

The Differential Pressure Indicator has additional features like buzzer delay
time & password protected Offset provision to enable user to meet audit requirements . The input ranges are also password protected thus providing protection from unauthorized tampering of the instruments.
